Is this really just for one box?

One very tiny box. Unless you're on a diet where you eat about 10 tablespoons of cereal in your bowl, or else you'll get two or three, no more than three regular bowls, but it's good stuff.

How is this zero net carbs? I’m new to keto; but I was taught to subtract the fiber from the carbs. According to the nutrition label it’s 8g net carbs

Hey!! So to find your net carbs, you DO subtract fiber from total carbs but you also subtract any sugar alcohols as well. So there are 6g Erythritol and 2g allulose, both of which are sugar alcohol. There’s your other 8g of carbs, making it zero!!! 😊 I know, right!? Too good to be true!

What are the "natural flavors" listed in the ingredients?

Companies don't have to disclaim what "natural flavors" are. They could anything but it's usually not anything good or it would be listed.

Can you have with regular milk?

You can have whatever you like but if you’re trying to cut carbs and sugar, I’d opt to not use regular milk. I use Fairlife. It tastes like regular milk to me and has more protein and less sugar than regular milk.
