Work great

The bulk of the lift is okay and hard plastic/rubber but the top where your heel sits has a layer of material glued on. After just a little time testing wearing my tennis shoes inside the house one of the lifts material peeled back just from putting my foot with a sock inside my tennis shoes. Seems cheaply made. I would hope the company sends me another pair since these are either defective or inferior.

Great item to comfortably restore your natural height with advancement of age and associated poor posture. But also great for Shorties. I only removed one Star because the company refuses to offer the same exact item in grey or tan for using in different colored footwear! Calto, are you listening? You could be making lots more money! (You can thank me later.)

These are great for what they are. I think some users might have had unrealistic expectations. They will only give you an inch or an inch and a half with both pieces. Both pieces wont fit in most sneakers but they will in high tops and some boots. Im 5'10" and they push me past the 6 ft mark depending on the shoes I wear. The best for me is I can see over crowds now. I forget they are in when using the 1 inch lift in sneakers, but you are more prone to twisted ankles on uneven ground, so I recommend Hi-tops like Chuck Taylors for ankle support. Though I enjoy the most "lift" from some Nike Air 270s which have a large Air sole built in already putting me well above 6ft. They also go best UNDER your shoes foot pad.

Very uncomfortable

Yes they are very good use in regular shoes too

First of all, they work. I got just short of 3” taller with them. But, they are uncomfortable for me because I have high arches. I wish the bulk of the insole went further forward to support my arches. It feels like only my heel and my toes are making contact with the inside of my shoes. This makes waking an issue. I tried walking three blocks to the bank and back. It was kind of painful toward the end. Also, these don’t work too well with regular shoes. I put them in my athletic shoes and felt like my heel was right at the top of the shoe. I felt like I would slide out easily. They do work good in my leather 3/4 dress boots though.
