So far this is the best chair that I have purchased. I like the mesh that allows for airflow, but more importantly, doesn't flatten out like foam cushions. The only downside so far is a slight tightness present mid-seat from the suspension point, but that is a very small gripe. Now that I am using this chair (thanks to stay-at-home orders) upwards of 16 hours a day, my back pain has been reduced and I am not quite as fatigues as with my old chair. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a reasonably priced office/gaming chair.

Thought I found the perfect chair for my old injured body. It is almost good in every way except the seat and height. I had to get someone to put it together for me, as the directions and parts were difficult for me to find and figure out. In its' lowest setting for height, my feet are able reach the floor and lay flat. Any higher and my feet will be dangling like a baby in a high chair. adding the armrest is optional, which I like. Switching out the wheels for roller blade wheels was brilliant (thanks to a customer review). The base fits though door way with ease. BUT, the seat is arched like a mailbox! What was the designer thinking. It is the big and cumbersome to return. so I'm keeping it. Still searching for a better option, with all the above minus the mailbox seat. Obviously made for someone over 5"7" tall. Hope this review helps someone.

So this chair is nearly perfect. The backsupport is amazing. Felt it the moment I said down and realized it was worth every penny I spent. Add in the fact the the seat mesh is amazing, the head rest is great, the chair was worth the value. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star rating is that when you lock the chair in place for back tilt, there is a horrible clicking sound if you move in the slightest bit. Obviously it's noticeable enough that I've noticed scooting my chair in or out. Since I do audio production, I am a little distressed that I will either need to sit in a front locked position or not move. Otherwise, the chair is perfect.

The chair is comfortable, etc. But, after about ten months, the bolts that hold the armrests in place started falling out; I now have to put them back in maybe once a week. And then, at thirteen months, worse collapses came. First the back fell (rotated) backwards and wouldn't come back up, then the seat flopped backwards. I got them back into position, but I now have no confidence in this chair. I'm probably going to have to replace it.

Worth every penny. Amazing chair

My wife and I got this put together in about 20 minutes. It wouldn't have been difficult to do by myself, a second set of hands just made it easier. It's a comfortable, supportive chair once you get everything adjusted properly. My only complaint is that the spokes of the base are narrow. I like to rest my feet there on occasion and these are not comfortable enough for anything more than a couple of minutes for a change of position.

Solid construction, easy to assemble. But the frame around the mesh seat causes pain points on my thighs after just a half hour. This is not a worthy Herman Miller Aeron clone as I had hoped.
