I really love this product! I have used Norvell for a few years now and the rapid sunless tanner works great. I love the coconut smell and it goes on super smooth. You see the color instantly and then it gets gradually darker. I do use gloves to apply it and to me it goes in better. Make sure you let it dry thoroughly before putting on clothes. You will not be disappointed!

I have been self-tanning for at least a decade, and I think this is the first time I’ve ever left a review, but this product is incredible. I have fair skin and I freckle. I applied this with a mitt, and put regular lotion on dry areas (knees, heels, elbows, etc.). I left it on overnight and woke up with a beautiful tan that has just started to fade (evenly!) at the week mark. I will try 4 hours and rinsing next, but either way, I’m hooked. Bonus that it doesn’t dry skin out like foams!

So far so good. The color is not orange the smell was good. I have a base tan and med complexion so will be leaving on over night.

This gives a natural looking tan. The instructions say to wash it off after 1-3 hours depending on how dark you want your tan. I left mine on for 2 hours and then showered. If you have pale skin the bronzer does give your skin a sort of “dirty” look until you rinse it off. The bronzer (which is really just a guide to help you get even coverage) will rub off on clothing and other surfaces. So I just wore black for the two hours and then rinsed it off. Haven’t had any color transfer after washing it off. Color is natural, even, and it doesn’t smell terrible. It looks natural. I actually like it that you wash it off after a few hours because I feel like it gets rid of the smell of fake tan. Most self tanners suggest not even sweating for 4 hours minimum which is also inconvenient for me. The only other self tanning product I can compare this to is St. tropez which was my go-to self tanner. I like this as much or more. It takes a bit of extra work but the payoff is worth it. Use a mitt and a glove under the mitt to apply so there’s no staining on hands. I used a makeup brush for face and neck and back of hands as well as ankles and tops of feet. You can achieve a natural looking tan by fanning out with the brush to areas like backs of hands. Definitely recommend unless you don’t want to shower twice while applying self tanner. It’s a bit inconvenient but I love the results. Natural and even. Will buy again.

So I found that this is a good lotion to give your spray tan a mid-week boost. I use the Norvell spray tan (I use it in a foam pump with a mitt) and on day 3 of my tan if I apply this lotion and leave it on for a few hours it gives my tan a nice boost/bronze/glow. I’m not too sure how it would do if I was perfectly pale and exfoliated before applying it, it might not be as effective as the other solution. I use it once during the week and I think the color is really nice. I wish the bottle was larger, there’s also a good chance I just over use it lol.

Did not have the same experience as most reviews. Odor is the same as other tanners. Did not tan. Too expensive when it’s the same as all others.

So I like to stay tan all year round, and I’ve circulated between spray tans and at home spray tan foams and I got say I LOVE this - the lotion is less sticky feeling then the foam, it goes on smoothly with a glove and I just slept in it overnight & showered and the color is *chefs kiss* it gives off a really pretty almond tan and doesn’t splotch like spray tans can. If you like to stay tan this is a go to!

WOW!!!!!!!! I absolutely LOVE this product. I have been self tanning for years and have tried probably every tan at this point I think. I have been using the Venetian spray tan solution in a foaming bottle and I love it but wanted to try this out. First- this gives the most gorgeous instant color!!! One of my biggest pet peeves is self tan having a muddy looking guide color that leaves you looking dirty until you wash it off. This tan is so gorgeous you could apply and leave the house with a beautiful bronze glow. The final result after showering is not as dark as Venetian spray tan solution- it’s not giving ultra dark, more so a natural result Second- if you put this on before bed you will wake up with the softest skin!! My face has never felt more moisturized than when I use this before bed. Third- when using on the face it doesn’t go super dark on dry spots or blemishes- which is a common problem I run into with other self tans with guide color. This also gave me one of the better color payoffs for my face. Most tan just washes off in the morning and doesn’t leave much color on my face but this one left a beautiful natural tan Honestly I have only one complaint which is the product size for the cost. I think this tube will likely only last 2 applications which for me is not great for $35. This should be a bigger tube or a lower cost. Overall this tan is 10/10

I have tried a lot of self tanners but this one kicks butt on all of them. Easy to apply, although I do use two mitts one for each hand to apply. Doesn’t streak, beautiful tan color not orangy. Dries fast. Has a slight coconut scent. There is a slight scent after a day of it being on but I found that with all tanners even if they say they don’t but all the benefits of this tanner out weigh that one little thing. Highly recommend. Will buy from now on.

Zero orange

Pro: Has a great natural color! No orange tone at all. Cons: quite difficult to apply, applies very streaky. Tacky feeling the entire time you have it on. Doesn’t fade very evenly. All in all it’s a great color, better color than more expensive products I’ve tried but definitely not the easiest application.

this has never happened to me but it blends great at first and then as you’re finishing up about to move onto the next body part, it creates streaks and it was a nightmare to blend bronzer color before washing off is GREY you’ll look sick so don’t go outside The color IS NOT dark after showering three hours later dries quick, smells fine

I know ths product very well.i used to have a spray tan business. It's a quality product .However ,it doesn't have a long shelf life so if u don't get the best results it's probably because it's expired shelf life .
