Stellar Product!
Had I not purchased this product, the chicken pho I spent 2 hours cooking would have been a nightmare. It's absolutely delicious and not salty. It gave depth to the broth, as well as that signature umami flavor. I highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase it again.

Fragrant and Delicious
Absolutely delicious, albeit a bit salty. No one in the household could escape its amazing smell, and it makes it easier to just dump the base than try to find a bunch of different spices.

Easy pho at home for CHEAP!
We love pho! Especially on a cold night! However, it can get costly for a family of 4 at $10 a bowl. I could make it, but it’s a lot of ingredients and time that go into making it from scratch. This broth base is amazing!!! I boil the included herb packet, onion powder and ginger in a pot for about 10 min in 2 cups of water. After a roaring boil I add rice noodles, precooked chicken, 4 more cups of water and soup base to taste. After simmering for an additional 15 min, I add in some fresh lime juice, Hoisin sauce, sriracha and some fresh cilantro before serving. My family loves it! It tastes better than the restaurants and it’s so quick and easy. And for the price of 1 pho you can probably get 12 bowls at least!

Too salty for my taste
Way too salty for me. And the taste is not like I used to get at the Vietnamese restaurant, granted I don't know if theirs was chicken type.

Great product. Only came with two spice packages though. I contacted the seller and was told I could not buy extra spice packs. Shame as the bouillon is quite nice, but the spice packs really add to the pho flavor.
