I purchased this supplement for my nursing mother Dog. It helped her stay consistent with producing breastmilk for her four puppies works great. She ate it on her food without hesitation mixed with wet food. She is an 8 pound Pomeranian.

OB recommended fenugreek to me to promote breastmilk production. Overall review: it seemed to help my milk production. It was decreasing quite rapidly and about a week into taking this my supply returned to normal. The pills are easy to swallow and didn’t affect my stomach. It does have an herbal smell to it but it’s mild and doesn’t have a strong taste. Take note of the dosage as well as the instructions on the bottle. Recommend: It worked for me, but as with anything, talk with your doctor first to see if it’s a good option for you. Buy again?: Yes. This was not a first time purchase. Approx pill size: 7/8” Bottle: Plastic with tab to peel off to release the cap. Also has a “freshness seal” to peel off.

God I love this Stuff! Makes me feel so feminine! I have sensitive skin, and by taking these daily i genuinely don’t even need to wear deodorant! I’m also a woman with hormone issues, this just makes me feel a little more supported. The taste is a non issue, Smells like maple syrup

Much better than Himalaya or Bliss. It's worth every penny. Works fine on constipation. Possibly works fine on metabolism also. Don't doubt it.

I ordered these because of an article that said that fenugreek (the usual English name for this product) raises testosterone levels. I can't say I've noticed a big difference, but perhaps some boost. I recommend taking the capsules in the middle of a meal rather than after, because I've had some trouble with fenugreek-flavored burps.

I am glad I came across this product. I ordered this product mainly to help improve my testosterone levels as my hair had started to thin a bit and also provide me with a good boost of energy. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks (twice a day, morning and night) and have noticed that I now wake-up not so tired anymore and felt more motivated to go to the gym or do more outdoor activities. My appetite have improved and I now crave less sugary stuff. No complaints in the bedroom either, give this product a go and feel the difference!

I had bought another brand of fenugreek earlier. That gave me skin itching side effects. But this one works well for me. I am taking it for my high cholesterol problems.
