Here's the funny thing is that my doctor prescribes these and my copay for getting them is actually more than if I just buy them over-the-counter through Amazon, I don't need a prescription. I like this brand of melatonin and I will continue to buy it and it is a life changer for me by helping me relax in the evenings.But it does not have any hangover effects that I find detrimental

After Target stopped making their cherry melatonin, I switched to this one. The flavor is so-so and it doesn’t really dissolve that well under the tongue. However, it does put me to sleep effectively, which is the most important factor!

I take one every night. I've never had any sign that it's ever inconsistently dosed. Effects are noticeable, as are the lack of effects if you forget. So I'll say this is my choice for a safe and gentle sleep aid. No reason to go off-brand for something whose effects will vary if you don't get a well-made, quality-controlled brand.

This is the only melatonin I buy. It dissolves quickly and generally works with only 1 pill. They taste great. My daughter takes them and complains about vivid dreams, which makes me laugh because that means she is finally sleeping after using Nature's Bounty Melatonin. 3mg is perfect, since the brain doesn't need much more. Every once in a while I have to take a second pill if my sleep schedule is overly messed up, but these work. They are the best quality I have ever found over the counter. And I sleep well.
