This brand stands behind their quality.
Edited to update- original review below. After my purchase, refund, and original review, the company reached out to address my concerns. They decided to ship me a new package, and that one didn't disappoint! The flavor was good and smooth and a very nice medium light roast. Even though there was a quality issue with my first package, due to the fact that they quickly corrected it, and that the product was then exactly as expected, I changed my rating to 5 stars. Original review: Left a Bad Taste in my Mouth Ordered medium roast but it smelled and tasted burnt. I honestly wondered if they sent the wrong product because it seemed like a very dark roast- not what I was expecting.

Rich flavor and smooth taste
I’ve tried many coffees, but this one really surprised me. The aroma is strong and inviting, and the flavor is rich without being bitter. It brews smoothly and pairs perfectly with milk or just black. Great quality for the price — definitely a coffee I’ll keep in my rotation.

Smooth, Sweet, and Truly Exceptional
This 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain whole bean medium roast is smooth, rich, and a little sweet. Absolutely no bitterness—just pure, well-balanced flavor. You can taste the quality in every cup, and knowing it’s handpicked and roasted in Jamaica makes it feel extra special. Worth every penny for a truly exceptional coffee experience.

Instructions how to make a great cup 1950 style
I gave it 4stars, it came oily and, dark for medium roast. Ifit looks wet It is oxides, a bitter taste is most definitely going to happen. You would hope for a lighter finish, or colour caramel is the correct colour. The chocolate is to mask the taste of burnt coffee. You may see and try many different combinations of styles, and techniques. Try them all and the one that works best is more power too you. Ok how I do this 10 ounce cup water the picture of the water bottle is cheap and one of the best water to use. Mountain or Volcanic water, are the best choices due to the altitude these coffee beans are grown. It’s the water it gets from underground it complements the bean’s perfectly. These grounds are expensive don’t go cheap. If you’re like ( the tap water and the brew are the same colour) your wrong. 4 tablespoons or 6, is what, I use for 10 ounce some like more up to you. Taste palette are refined use glass not metal, as you get a zing for the taste, every bottle in the picture is used. The vanilla is best quality they gave me French vanilla in stead of Madagascar vanilla big hiccup. For Milk use organic valley, horizon, and stone field the best will make a difference. I use glass bottles to store for 24-30hours It absorbs the beans that were grounded. You want whole bean so you don’t lose flavour, and, texture, & fragrance. If you buy ground that has been satting for 4-7 months that will happen you will lose the flavour. You grind it put in room temperature water that’s mountain water immediately. I add saffron for the acid it has some it does help, is it a different taste. I also cook it in glass like in the picture. I do not use metal not even a spoon the spoon is glass or, wooden this is because. I usually use wild kopi or, geisha very expensive. If you strain the brew with wax paper you lose some of the flavour and, chocolate in 18-24 hour, it will settle. I keep shaking it 5-6 times in the 24 hours, then wait at least ten minutes, if you shake and, are going to use so it settles. I make 4-6 of them after 24hours strain it put it back in bottle. You use a net you will see the chocolate then. I finish it with in 4-5 day with out lose of flavours. When you put it back in the bottle then, You can brew it at any time. It will keep the flavour much longer and, it would be way stronger than had you just brewed it doing that is just a waste. it’s excellent. If you’ve never had it this way, but this is next tier level. The French vanilla is Maison Routin very good and, gentle flavour and, fragrance if it’s too strong or, vanilla like it’s cheap. I experiment with this this is my first time with, Jamaican coffee as, I’m a Geisha, Geisha Elder fan when it’s available and, Wild Kopi. I also manly do teas as my favourite area. I treated these as teas barely, any acid with the saffron. I sometimes use the Persian candy stick, it works great a lot of time. I know this is long but I hope the OCD like instructions help there’s always room for improvements you you guys find any it helps. By The Way Not A Robot.

awful!
I've spent thousands of dollars on Jamaican Blue Mountain, mostly from Amazon on plantation blue, Volcanica, Clydesdale AND Peaberry (WOW good), and Aroma Ridge Peaberry (wow again), which is my go to brand. I don't even know why I tried this coffee as those three are authentic JBM and are the best coffee money can buy. They EACH have a seal on them showing they are cerified JBM coffee. This coffee, however, has a tree frog and what ever the other is, it's not a seal. I read this once from a reviewer who said his had a tree frog, augh. I tried this as soon as I received it and the only real reason was it was a prime deal. It had no Blue Mountain aroma, the color was off, and it tasted like a generic coffee that's been sitting on a shelf and on sale for a couple dollars. I wouldn't drink this if it were free. Try the other brands, you won't be disapointed. For you who have given this brand a good review, treat yoursleves to REAL JBM on the other three, especially the Volcanica or Aroma Ridge. I still can't get the awful taste from this brand out of my mouth

Cafe Blue - Jamaika Blue Mountain

It says ground beans, but it’s actually whole beans
I love Blue Mountain Coffee from Jamaica... it’s the first thing I have when I go there. When I seen that I could buy it from Amazon and that it was already ground and not whole bean I jumped on buying it. When I received the package it’s said “whole bean” not “ground”. Now I’ve paid for an expensive bag of coffee and now I have to go spend even more money on a coffee bean grinder. If you are going to advertise your coffee as “ ground beans”. It should be as described.

un pò deluso
tostatura non perfetta che ha causato un eccesso di acidità. Naturalmente il giudizio è critico perchè stiamo parlando di un caffè che dovrebbe essere di eccellente qualità e con un prezzo decisamente importante.
