Great Service!
Amazing quick response and service. So easy to file a claim. They provided the shipping label and very quickly issued my refund once I dropped off my package at UPS. The price was so affordable and worth it

Extended warranty worked, only took a few minutes to fill out the form and it was instantly approved! Very happy, thanks very much! This was a great purchase, generous protection plan, and fast resolution. Had to use my warranty plan two months and one week after purchase, the manufacturer went out of business but Asurion stepped up and took care of the issue.

I have been recommending aurion protection plans to anyone who will listen. They have been wonderful to deal with, no hassle and it is worth the little bit of extra money to have ease of mind that if anything does happen, they have you covered.

As a senior the most important for this item is the different program I can use.
If you buy online, you should always get a protection plan its always easier to get a replacement item under warranty then have to buy a new item. Just remember to save the box.

Buyers Beware!!!
BUYERS BEWARE!!! I bought a pair of ear buds, figured i should get them insured as i have a tough job. A month after i got them one fell into my engine block and got totally destroyed. I went to make a claim with Asurion and they gave me the run around. Needless to say i won't be using Asurion ever again and encourage others to do the same. This whole company seems like a big scam to get peoples money
