I really liked this preworkout. It tasted amazing(I got the sweet and tart flavor) my workout was much more intense and I liked the amount of beta alanine, some people complain about the itchy feeling but I like it. The amount of each ingredient you get is a good value. I had been using pre jym before and I like the pumps I get from this one better, just wish it also had some bcaas and huperzia a in it. Also this has nothing to do with the performance of the product but I thought was a really great feature. The scoop is locked into the top of the rim of the jar so you don’t have to dig around looking for it and getting powder all over

This stuff kicked in fast and made me work out hard asf,gave me a little itch and tingling but that's normal I highly recommend and the taste is on point

I don't know if I'm the perfect person to give this review, but I haven't experienced or tried a lot of pre workouts. I've tried the C4 and the No-Xplode. I liked both of those, but I saw this on tiktok of course and thought it would be a good change and a chance to try something new since I was in the market. I really really like this product. I don't care for the pre workouts that make your body tingle or itch. That just don't sit well with me and I believe that this product doesn't have that beta-alanine? Or if it doesn't I haven't noticed any itching or tingling feeling from this product and I've been using it for the past week for the gym. I go to the gym in the morning and I think that's the best time to use this. I find myself wound/have more energy throughout the day far after going to the gym in the morning. The taste is great! I do believe that it tastes like sweet tarts, and that's a plus as well. I also think that as far as dry scooping this is easy to get down and mixes well with water also. I would recommend this product and will purchase again.

Yes, I love it!! Good, sustained power surge through the workout and 1st preworkout I've tried that doesn't require an emergency run to the can, mid workout, which makes it the best in my book!! Bypass the colon-splosion and get Lit AF!! I really can't say enough good about this one! I'm hooked, just ordered 2 more!

Tastes good, and gives good performance at the gym. No bad after effects

Really like the boost that LIT AF gives me during my workouts. Definitely do not take on an empty stomach.
