What do you grind it with to make flour for bread?

I would not recommend this wheat berry for bread, it is much better suited to muffins, cookies, and cakes.

"Wheat BERRIES" are grains of wheat. They must be ground to make flour.

Can we get an actual nutritional label please? Those showing calories and possible macro and micro nutrients distribution.

There is 15 calories to 1/4 uncooked cup of wheat, No cholesterol, no sodium, Protein 14% Fiber 21% Fat 1% Cooks up easily

How many times do you clean the grain?

When I am milling it into flour for baking I do not clean it. When I am using it for wheatberry salad I rinse it well before using it. Maybe twice if I am in a hurry and can't let it sit before draining.
