If you need protein and fiber that taste good, this is a great snack. I'd had the gastric bypass surgery 2019 and I can't eat a lot of surgery in a snack or drink. Try to get enough protein and fiber is hard for me, so this snack does a good job at providing what I need when I need it The only draw back is with this type of surgery and amount of fiber over 3 give me gas and when it gets out of hand (smells terrible and is constantly for a >x) for myself, you have to know it bothers others!🤣🤣🤣 Try it and see if you like it, it's great! Love these but there’s two problems.. Very difficult to open package so will be hard to give to a kid for a snack Also, although I love them I keep water next to me , my adult daughter confirmed the issue, it can be difficult to swallow even after it’s chewed up, especially if you take too many in your mouth. Dangerous for kids.

Also bad. Was just looking for a quasi-tasty snack. I know I like these. Purchased with hope. Hope dashed. Again, tasted aweful and was quite possibly the driest thing I have ever tried to consume.

Expiration date of my package was not even 3 weeks later?? not sure if I got old stock or what but I assumed they’d have a longer shelf life than that, had bought them intending to send as a portable healthier snack in a deployment package and clearly wasn’t able to do that... Would have been expired before it arrived :( Ended up eating them myself, a little plain but flavor grows on you, crunchy. Can see it being being better with cumin or paprika seasoning. Good portion size and a good purse snack. Not good for any sort of emergency prep bag or situation where you’re stocking up items in advance/ need a decent shelf life. Disappointed because I thought it would be an item I’d end up ordering again & larger quantity of. Short shelf life limits product potential.

This is a great healthy snack and one of my favorites. A lot of people say it’s too dry, but yes, it is dry, it’s crunchy, and I love it. If that’s your kind of snack, this one’s for you. Great flavor and crunch, and the sea salt is my favorite.

They very delicious but hard to swallow. Have a nice beer to wash it down with or water.

I was looking for things I could add to my lunches that were healthy but still good tasting. I found these and thought I’d give them a try. They were pretty good! Very fresh and a good portion sizes. The sriracha ones were a bit too spicy for my liking but still a good flavor.
