Hello, Suhana Veg Biryani Mix is a thick powder which needs to be mixed with curd to form a smooth paste for cooking.

Are the packet contents in powder form or in raw cooked mix? How is spice - less, normal or more? Thanks in advance.

The masala is in coarse form. Masala is mixed with oil, probably to retain the aroma and flavor of masala. Depending on the taste of an individual, the masala was according to my liking. It was medium spicy.
