Meppi sandpit Fehmarn - sandbox

What a great made sandpit, great colour and quality. All the holes were Pre drilled and countersunk. The two trays in the pictures do come with the sand pit and they are also of good quality are of nice thickness, don't make the mistake of ordering nearly a ton of sand, the picture makes the sand pit appear a lot bigger than it is however that's not me saying its small in anyway because its not. I would recommend around 200kg of play sand. The cover is well made and fits perfectly and the zips open and close with no problem and once closed its nice and snug which will avoid any unwanted animals entering the sand pit, it is also watertight material so rain won't be pouring from the roof. It is quite expensive for sand pit but you get what you pay for and the people who make this don't seem to have cut costs anywhere as everything appears to be made to last and I would happily recommend this to everyone considering buy this sandpit. A very high quality product. Shipping time was incredible, it arrived a week earlier than anticipated! The box, finish and condition was brilliant. It has been thoroughly used by a 3 and 2 year old couple of ruffians who are yet to make a scratch. I have seen criticism of the instructions/pre drilling placement and would agree that it could be more straightforward - a small point but worth considering if you are not perhaps the strongest at DIY. Get someone to help that is, you will not be disappointed.

Omg, this little house perfectly matched our "tiny garden" we made for our daughter! It's sturdy, and so cosy! I love sitting there watching her playing while drinking my morning cup to coffee! Top- we bought 11 bags of sand (20kg) but it's really deep. You probably need pround 7 bags to make it fun.
