This is a great school snack for my 6 year old. It has good amount of protein which kind of cuts down the sugar it has. My son doesn't like most bars but this one he likes. It tastes good and is easy for him to pack for his snacks. It's a great on the go breakfast as well when we are in a rush.

Compared to a lot of granola bars on the market, the sugar content is not near as high. They are a little expensive, but we feel that they are worth it for the quality, variety, and flavor.
