As far as cod liver oil goes, these seem to be as good as any other. I like that there is no fish smell, taste, nor fishy burps. There is a slight citrus taste that I occasionally burp up, but this is better than that fishy taste I've had with others. The bottle has a quite strong antiseptic lemon smell that is a bit off putting, just don't stick your nose in the bottle. The capsule is on the larger side, so if you have trouble swallowing larger capsule, these might not be for you. I live in a fairly dry climate, but I have noticed that these will stick together, so if you have much humidity, take care to keep the lid closed tightly. The brand seems reliable and the product consistent, so for a reasonably priced fish oil I think I'll keep using it.

I love Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver oil. The OMEGA 3's lower my triglycerides supporting heart health, brain function, and ease joint issues which is important because I exercise 5-6 times a week. The vitamin A in Cod Liver Oil helps my night vision and supports healthy skin. It's a great product at a great price with no bad taste or smell which I strongly endorse.

I’ve been using Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil for a while and really like it. The quality is excellent, and it doesn’t have that strong fishy taste or smell that a lot of fish oils do. It’s easy to take and hasn’t upset my stomach at all. I’ve noticed better joint comfort and overall wellness since using it consistently. I also like knowing it’s responsibly sourced and tested for purity. Solid product from a brand I trust—I’ll definitely keep buying it.

No fishy aftertaste. Thought the pill size is huge, it’s still easy to swallow with water.

I've tried the cheap fish oil from other big box stores. Even just one of those pills has me running for the bathroom. I'm able to take the full dose of these daily, no bowel issues at all. I've found my fish oil! In regards to flavor, there have been a few times that I've held it on my tongue to get it in a good position to swallow, and all I've tasted is a hint of lemon, no fish. No fishy burps either. In regards to ease to swallow, I found these seem to squish more. I have to drink something other than water when taking any pills (a panic issue), and these have never gotten stuck, even with how big they are. They're a good quality for swallowing.

We do many things in our household to care for and remineralize our teeth holistically, and this supplement has BY FAR produced the most positive results - results I can actually see and feel within days. This has remineralized my enamel during pregnancy so much so that the eroded parts of my front teeth have gone from grey to a healthy and glossy white. My 2 yesr old toddler who is extremely fussy and picky with what he eats, begged to try this supplement every time he watched me taking them. Finally I gave in, and thankfully so, because he munched the supplement like candy! And then asked for more. He loves the lemon flavor and chews and swallows the whole thing. This is the best news I could have asked for. His teeth have improved so much since starting to take these about a week ago. He eats 3 or 4 a day and will happily eat more if I allowed. Absolutely excellent for tooth enamel!!

Am a deep-tissue bodyworker. Mentor taught me to use cod liver oil for aching hand joints, to prevent this work fatiguing them into ruin. It worked, been doing this gig everyday for 16y now, pain-free. When doing my research, learnt not all omega-3 supplements, nor fish oil supplements, nor cold liver oil supplements, were the same. Tried many cheaper brands of CLO, and nothing had the immediate relief from joint pain, like Nordic Naturals' product. Just no comparison -- whatever they do to make this, should be preserved in the seed vault on Svalbard -- just wonderful stuff. Recently tore my meniscus in the knee -- and whilst rehabbed it myself at high cost of painful, teeth-gritting exercise... w/o Nordic Naturals CLO... might've been far worse. This stuff nourishes the synovial fluid and relieves inflammation in the peripheral joints so well, not sure why everyone moaning about their arthritis symptoms doesn't buy this (but prolly still eating bacon and eggs for breakfast and a drive-thru burger for lunch, then fried chicken for dinner -- gee I wonder why your joints are inflamed? 🤣). Five stars. Did notice how much more expensive the same bottle's become since covid... but for now, still worth it. Cannot do my job without it -- glad they're still in business, making the same awesome stuff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A lot easier to swallow than l thought, don't get me wrong they are big but fortunately they are quite slim,so with a glass of water they go down easily. Too soon to know if they work, but so far so good.

Best quality purchase so far, tried nordic fish oil but the vitamin a and d in this helped my dry eyes much more than the more expensive fish oil much more value for money than nordic fish oil, recently had shoulder surgery made my shoulder joint feel much smoother

I don't know how you can measure the benefits of this product so I simply hope they're doing what they claim.
