Best magnesium supplement that I've tried
I have restless leg syndrome which keeps me up at night - magnesium helps! And one of my doctors also recommended Magnesium Citrate for helping with digestive regularity. I have tried many brands, but Zahlers by far has worked the best for me. It's easy to swallow, reasonably priced, and very effective. I definitely recommend!

It works as intended to.
A doctor recommended I start taking magnesium after a major surgery. After reviewing brands offered on Amazon, I chose this one. It was easy to take and the exact dosage recommended for me. I have been taking it for more than 10 years and never was inclined to try another brand. A really good product.

Seems to work
I bought this product because magnesium citrate is supposed to help with digestion. I do take other products to help with my digestion so I can't say whether or not this product ALONE works, however I do believe that when I take this before bed, I have an easier time going to the bathroom in the morning. Overall I'd say it's worth it for you to try.

Guaranteed potency and it works.
I want to write a review regarding this magnesium product. I am 72 year-old male with a heart condition and require additional magnesium. I tried other magnesium products that would not boost my level of magnesium in my blood. I am taking 400 mg a day as directed by my cardiologist and magnesium level now is perfect. There is no better product on the market to make sure you have good heart health. I highly recommend this product. My cardiologist now recommends it for all of his patients who require magnesium.
