This is part of my daily regimen. Ill tell you why. It levels out my brain. Im a over thinker. And normally get frustrated pretty quick. A friend told me about this product. So why not. Omg it was like magic. I felt myself calmer and able to get more work done. I had my co- worker try it. She loves it too. Keeper for sure!

Great quality

I rarely give 5 stars, but this is my choice every time after reviewing other B vit complex supplements to see if there's something more additive or better formulated. There hasn't been, so I reorder this. Please note: the same supplement comes in two forms. I try to order the small red gel caps because the other form of the same supplement is a larger and more difficult to swallow form, though it's worth being cut in half if the smaller ones aren't available. I know my B's.

This is legit. I sometimes take it on an empty stomach in the morning and don't feel any side effects so I think it absorbs pretty quickly and feel more energetic within an hour. I've been taking this for a year straight and can feel the difference if I skip a few days so it definitely does something. This version does not have vitamin C included, which is what I've been searching for. I wish this brand made a multi B vitamin without biotin since biotin is often already added to other supplements and collagen based mixes. If you take vitamins daily, you know what I mean. I feel like I'm getting biotin overload and it isn't always necessary for some people.

I don’t notice a taste or odor with these vitamins.the color is a light purple. Small size very easy to swallow.

It works to help with energy

It seems to digest well. Meaning that my urine does not instantly turn dark yellow and flushes it out all at once. So it seems like I’m absorbing it well without overloading…

It helps to give me the daily energy needed. Been taking this for the past 2 years.
