Does it work well on carpet floors?

ok some clarification needs to be had here. i just got this and the sweeper head it comes with is not for carpets its for hard floors and linolem or whatever, it specifically says in the instructions its not intended for carpets and dont use it on carpets... on seeing the bottom of it it has no roller like you see on a carpet hoover and is flat to glide along a hard floor not a carpet floor. on carpet its hard to push because the head isnt designed for a carpet.... but you can probably get a carpet head attachment which i will look for now myself. it will be a decent hoover if it has a carpet head attachment as it works fine and has good suction.
