Is this pasturised ? Is this cold pressed?

Hi, all of our plant ingredients (ginger, turmeric, lemon and beetroot) are cold pressed. The ready product is then pasteurized in 80 degrees C to extend the shelf life. The low pasteurization temperature allows to preserve many of the nutrients. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!

Hi, you can take the shot straight from the bottle. But if you find it too spicy, you can dilute it in cold or hot water too, for a comforting drink.

What are the Ingredients? Because in one placit says 35% ginger is included in the ginger shots, and elsewhere it has a different amount... 15%
