Don't do it!!!!!!!

I really wanted this so I could organize my movie collection with artwork & movie data on an internal 6TB HDD. That feature doesnt work like its supposed to on here. And it's extremely SLOW compared to other media players (MVIX was horrible too) I've used in the past. The A200 Scrape feature is 'supposed' to pull movie data from the internet (IMDB etc) and 'automatically' add it, so you would have the movie artwork and info. It starts to work for a few titles (maybe a dozen or so) then stops (seems like I have to try it again the next day to Scrape another dozen titles). My movie file names are organized as they should be, and the fact that it Scrapes some of the titles confirms that it does work (connected via ethernet)I searched their site for some troubleshooting and only came across a customers youtube link to a tutorial; on how to use the scrapping feature. It didnt even work on the darn tutorial! I wrote to KDLinks 'tech support' and I was advised that I should get my movie artwork from Google Images. Huh!?! I have to do it myself, manually for thousand of titles!?!UPDATE: After I manually (with the help of MediaElch and Name My TV Series apps) uploaded 6TB worth of files (since the scrape function didnt work correctly); It stopped recognizing my internal HDD (it ONLY recognizes it via external HDD). I sent it in for repair and was told that it works fine. They said it was maybe because i formatted it with a Mac (even though it was formatted correctly and worked previously)…they suggested that i reformat my HDD via PC. When i told them i was concerned with having to delete and reload 6TB worth of files, they offered to send me a free HDD dock to help transfer my files. Even though that was a very nice gesture, i now notice that when i connect an external HDD and watch a movie, it stops the movie after about 15-20mins.I am tired of reaching out to them for help, and now too much time has gone by and I cant get a refund from Amazon. I never even had an opportunity to enjoy it. Good luck out there!Anyway, can anyone please recommend a different reliable media player that plays 3D Bluray and holds an internal 6TB hard drive. Thanks!

Not A Good Start

I'm an electronics enthusiast and was very excited to install the A200 when it arrived today. After calibrating the remote pointer, I went through the setup process and opened XBMC from the Android menu. Unfortunately, it only recogized 2.4ghz and not the 5ghz band, but it was pulling data at a decent rate for browsing websites. Everything seemed good, so I decided it was time to play movies from my media server. While reviewing the settings within the XBMC GUI on the A200, I noticed the default work-group was set to WORKGROUP. After updating the name to match the work-group on my media server, I was prompted to reboot. I selected OK/Yes on the A200 and that's when the frustration began. The A200 was stuck on the loading screen for an hour with no video output via my Onkyo HDMI receiver. Multiple reboots (warm and cold) didn't resolve the issue. KDLINKS only listed an email address for support. so I sent a description of the problem with a pic of the screen taken from my cell phone. Not a good start...UPDATE: 8/12/2014I decided to plug the A200's HDMI cable directly into another TV/monitor to ensure a direct connection between input and output. Unfortunately, I had the same result; the KDLINKS splash screen would come up and go black after a couple of second. The A200's LCD screen was 'frozen' with the word "LOADING." I sent an email to the support address and received a reply from Eric within several hours. He seemed very interested in resolving my issue and stated he would send a fully tested replacement unit with an extended warranty. He requested that I send my current unit back for analysis and would take care of the postage, so I requested tracking information and will await his reply.UPDATE: 8/18/2014I received the replacement unit 2 days ago and just hooked it up. All the features seem to be working, but I'll need to play with it a bit and fine tune the settings. I'm VERY impressed with the customer service.UPDATE: 8/19/2014Eric emailed a prepaid label and the defective unit was sent back for analysis. UPnP with Plex (which provides all video transcoding on my network) over the 802.11n 2.4GHz wireless connection stutters horribly, so Eric suggested NFS and provided setup instructions. I have a 5GHz WiFi 802.11n Range Extender that seems to help a bit with HD content, so I connected it to the LAN port. I'll be fiddling with the settings over the next few days to fix the streaming.P.S. I know that going with a hard wired CAT5/6 cable connected to my server or downloading content directly to a internal hard drive would fix the problem, but this unit was purchased to replace my legacy WD Live wireless media solution, which still works fine but lacks the web browser interface and customer support.
