Lemon Balm Extract, Pure & Undiluted, No Additives

I've tried many different things over the past few years, to help me get better sleep. I'm a 63 year old woman, and menopause has really caused issues for me. Sleep being a big issue, or should I say the lack of it. I was waking every 2.5 hours thru the night like clockwork. And wide awake around 5am. (Went to bed at about 11pm) When I added this lemon balm to my nightly bedtime routine, I was shocked when I started sleeping 100% better. I still wake now and then, but can roll over and go right back to sleep. And I wake like clockwork at 5:50am...completely refreshed! It's such a nice change! Hopefully it works well for you too.🙂

I have serious sleeping issues and would take xanax or benadryl for years. I learned how bad those things are for you and noticed memory problems. Now I turn to a variety of sleeping/calming supplements at night. One that I add in is lemon balm tea but don’t always remember to make tea at night. Next best option is the pills. I take two of these with other supplements an hour to two hours before bed and relaxes me significantly.

It came on time as discibed. My wife uses this to help reduce the effects of shingles.

I liked the price and product container. I really wanted this supplement to work, but it never quite fulfilled my desire. At first it didn't work at all, and then after a few weeks, it worked slightly - I would experience a pretty sound sleep for the first two hours and then be awake or have a difficult time falling back asleep for the remainder of the night. I'm disappointed with the results to say the least. Maybe it'll be the solution for someone else.

I bought 3 of their products for sleep and I’d say the lemon balm is the best working for me, I noticed the effects the most with this one then for the other two, it’s a decent product it seems like it’s good in quality and definitely the best for the price and I like the packaging which really doesn’t matter but hey whatever. I’m going to buy it again when I run out. Best product for the price if they’re not lying about the dosages and purity. Which if it’s a supplement then companies can lie..
