Will these fit an 11 year old?

I think it will not fit. It was small for my 9 years old kid. For my 6 years old kid and my 7 years old cousin was perfectly. For my 9 years old kid I bought this one: Speedo Junior Futura Biofuse Swim Goggle.

Would these fit a 10 or 11 year old?

I bought it for my little guy, he's 3. I bought my 11 year old a different pair because I was worried these wouldn't fit and I'm glad I didn't! They are more for a toddler

What is the recommended age on the packaging?

They are considered as starter. These are for ages 4 to 6 yrs. but children face sizes may be structured differently. We have seen some 3 or 7 years old using them.

What size/age do these fit best? I have a 19 month old who is 23 lbs.

I bought for my son with 4 years old a average size face (36 lbs), and way it is too small. I would say it is for 18 month up to 3 years old
