I am using it to cut back on my mineral intake from supplements to pull metal from my body. I'm awaiting my blood work to monitor changes. It has a woody and resin bong water taste. It's strong. So I add a teaspoon of allulose, a sugar substitue, to make it more palatable. I have found taking it on an empty stomach is best plus I get a bit of a rush when I consume it that way. On a side note try not to get it on anything because it is difficult to get off. So far it seems to be well worth using. Allulose is great if you are diabectic.

Amazing product

After about 2 weeks, I noticed my concentration and memory improved, but best of all was what it did for my sluggishness. I’ve been faithfully taking this each morning for about 2 months and I can’t believe how it’s affected my energy level without jitteriness and at the same time, gives me a sense of calmness. I’ve ordered a couple more to give as gifts.

This brand has a pretty nice website that explains all the differences. The website recommended this liquid form, however I don't feel anything after using this for a month. The liquid form is also a bit messy and I think a lot of the product goes to waste when it dries up on the sides and top of the dropper. I think they need to make the dropper a lot smaller so it doesn't pick up so much on the sides. The only way to know if this will work for you is to try it yourself. A ton of supplements have no effect on me for whatever reason and this is just another. If you're gonna give shilajit a shot, this is seems to be one of the more reputable brands. Not sure if I should try another form of Shilajit or if it just doesn't have a noticeable effect on my body

Been taking the drops for a little over a6 weeks. A few drops in my coffee in the morning and off I go! More energy and focus in the start of my day and my wife has noticed the effect it is has on my skin. Just started my second bottle. Thought it was psychosomatic at first, but now I realize the changes are real. After 3 months will be the real test ..we will see, but I’m optimistic.👍

I think this is a more of a convience method of taking shelajit. But for me it lacks potency. I havent noticed any usual effects. I wont be buying this again. Really dissapointing for the price! I wouldnt recommend it. Im almost 3/4 through the bottle & im thinking what the point of continuing.

Based on the product description, I was expecting an actual liquid that could be easily mixed with water/etc. but it’s so thick (like tar) that the dropper doesn’t even draw it up. It’s very messy to use and measure. Also the fact that it must be added to boiling water in order to dissolve. I’d previously taken dry resin drops and only bought this because I was running out (thinking that I could put it in smoothies etc.)
