I’ve been looking for a pair of fitted jeans. I’m 5’2” and weigh 150. Not fat, curvy in the hips with a small waist. I’ve been looking for fitted jeans and fitted capris. Amazon Essentials Stretch Pull-on Jeggings finally were exactly what I was looking for. Size 14 short fits perfectly. Below is the list of items I ordered and returned.Amazon Essentials 16 Short: too big.Signature Levi Strauss & Co Gold Label Women’s Totally shaping Pull-on Skinny jeans size 14 short: did not fit. Love them. They look and feel like jeans. The waistband is large, so it won’t roll down. These wear and feel like real jeans. I can’t tuck in shirts, but that is okay. I am still on the hunt for a regular pair of fitted jeans. That will take some time to find.

I am 5’8”, 215lbs and carry most of my weight in my rear and thighs. It is hard to find jeans that fit my rear and thighs that *also* fit my waist. Because of that, I’ve worn old navy jeggings for years. Maybe others have noticed that they’re always out of things above a size 8? So I found these Amazon Essentials jeggings that look similar to the ON ones that I love and gave them a whirl.First, the material feels identical. Same denim feel but not the stiff, thick denim. They’ve got a lot of stretch and the waistband is comfortable. It doesn’t roll down, nothing gaps — it’s perfect there.I think longs might have been too long because with the regular inseam, there’s a little loose material behind the knees and they are definitely ankle length. (I live in a year round hot climate so, it’s irrelevant to me.) But if you’re in a colder climate and you want to tuck these into boots or something I’d maybe go with a long if you’re my height or taller.They absolutely stink like high school bio class lol is that formaldehyde. Idk if I spelled that right. There’s a tag that tells you to wash before wearing. Do it. The darker dyes definitely rub off.I’ll be ordering a few more pairs of these. They’re really comfy — especially in a place that’s so hot all the time but you have to wear real pants? Love these for that.Update:I have removed one star for the following:I ordered another pair in “long”. Long is what anyone between 5’7” and 5’9” wants but anyone taller will just have skimmers. The longs are what a normal inseam is. The regulars are short.They don’t have as much elasticity or as strong elasticity as name brand jeans so the front tummy area, and all of the *ahem* folds or what have you will be visible as if you’re wearing leggings. Not a hot look but longer shirts should cover it.The waistband does fold because it hits really high on people with shorter torsos. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s also just kind of a weird height.Also, major wash inconsistencies. I ordered two identical pairs - one long and one regular. The regular has no whiskering on the upper thighs and the longs do. In the photo, there’s no whiskering. So that’s a little annoying because it’s not 2007. I don’t want whiskering. But I guess it’s just up to whatever the factory does. They’re also two completely different colors.But I ordered identical pairs, just different lengths. The regular was normal blue wash. The longs were that distressed yellowed color on the blue wash. So that’s also annoying.For what it is (cheap jeans) I’ll let it slide I guess but the inconsistency is annoying.

Just received my stretch jeans and I am already in love! Size 14 is perfect, feels soft, and love the color of the denim. These pants do not look cheap and the quality appears better than expected. I will be buying a few more pairs.

I ordered the black in a size 8 petite. I’m 5’3” and 138 pounds. I like the color and the length. The length is versatile enough that you can wear it cuffed or uncuffed. The stretch is nice and contributes to the comfort of the pant. I do wish they were just a slightly higher rise, they sit low enough that I am pulling and readjusting more than I like. There is no button or zipper which I like but also combines with the slightly too low rise and contributes to the need for frequent adjusting. Also, they are not really a denim, they are a little bit thinner which means there is a slightly visible panty line and I have to be selective about my underwear when I wear these. For the price point they are fine and I wear them fairly often but they are definitely not my favorite pair of pants. Hope this helps!

I hate buying jeans....took a chance on these because of the stretch factor. Got the denim, white and black in a size 14. PERFCT fit in the 14 for denim and black - so excited to try the white. It was like it was a smaller size. So thought why not - order a size up even though I've never worn a 16. Who cares if they fit and look and feel great!! Just got them and they were huge! What is it with white?? So figuring that sometimes same sizes in the exact same item can vary, am trying the 14 order one more time and hoping for the best. And adding on the Coral Pink for fun! Fingers crossed both of those fun summer colors will work. You really should try these enormously comfortable jeans!

These are so comfortable! They fit great and have just the right amount of weight to the fabric to be "jeans" but also be stretchy pants. I saw in previous reviews that they can be big, so I got the smaller of my size choices. They are perfect. I love them. I plan on buying more!

True to size. I am impressed with the quality of the fabric, not thin fabric like some jeggings are. They are comfy and look like jeans. I am satisfied with the style, colour, and the quality of fabric. I am very happy with my purchase.

Some of the reviews commented on sizing.These are great quality leggings. Now I had lost a bit of weight and took a chance and ordered a size 18. Now when they arrived the label said size 16. I was undeterred I tried them on. They fit perfect. Definitely not size 16. I am still very much a size 18.Just ordered 2nd pair same thing. My advice order your normal size and ignore the label when they arrive, try on and you will be pleasantly surprised.
