I don't eat Mayo but have seen that Greek yougart can be used as a substitute, has anyone tried using greek yougart w/these? If so, how is it?

Many people use Greek yogurt because it’s much healthier. I would recommend using either all plain Greek yogurt or use 1 cup light sour cream and 1 cup of plain yogurt. Hopes this helps. 🙂

Do any of the blends contain sugar? Or can you tell me how many carbs per serving?

Hi! I bought the 5 pack of the loaded baked potato dip because that was my family's favorite. NO SUGAR LISTED under ingredients. Carbs not on the label.
