Good quality vitamins.

These vitamins are realy great. Most vitamins don't make me actually feel any better - with these, I can really tell the difference, more energy, better mood. Just don't take the 2nd one too late in the day, or you'll have trouble falling asleep. When I take these, I have no problem making it through a day of housework, riding my bike, anything involving physical activity - even washing windows, which I normally hate to do. So they're a great aid to dieting - they keep you moving, and that's just what I need!

I was glad to see these SOLARAY (IRON-FREE) VITAMIN capsules are SMALL and have NO artificial color. The Solaray brand is known for purity & potency since 1973 (45 years). Their long list of vitamins & minerals on the bottle label is impressive; but since I just received it today, I can't yet personally vouch for its effectiveness. I'll update this review in about a month. However, from all appearances and the overwhelming approval from other customers, this is a great vitamin pill. Certainly the price beats all other top brands on the market. ($14.50 for 120 capsules). They recommend taking 2 a day. And I believe their nutrients are time-released, so you get a balanced distribution of energy throughout the day. I have been using these vitamins for many years with consistently good blood work reports.

These are the best multi-vitamins I have ever taken. One thing I like about this brand is I can take them on an empty tummy without any discomfort or upset. Another thing I enjoy is the additional energy I get when taking these....just have to make sure to take in the morning

These are great vitamins! I have used them for years. I like them because they are not as big as most daily multi-vitamins. You are supposed to take them twice daily, but I usually only take one once a day... and they still work great! But make sure to eat something when you take them, otherwise you'll be burping up vitamin all day... gross.
