Useful to measure bolts / threads etc
I bought this for the thread gauge (to be able to replace an existing bolt). It's useful, being able to compare thread size against the tool, giving the correct pitch for the thread and can check bolt size (M6,8,10 etc). Useful, will be kept readying the toolbox for the next time.

Takes the guess work out - using on a defender that Land Rover production guys used a big box of nuts and bolts , like pick’n mix - I have unf, metric and I also believe some to be from another planet….

Nope, didn't like this at all.
Not as good as I was expecting. The thread gauges are difficult to use due to the plastic being easily marred.. So not very impressed at all.

I love this thing. I have it hanging on the wall of my garage. It comes in so handy to quickly check my bolt and nut sizes, especially right before I need to buy more parts. It's a solid and thick plastic and handles being dropped fairly well. It's a far better way to spend money over those flimsy sheet-plastic ones that break easily.

Product works well just be sure to not force screws and bolts into the wrong holes so they don't become oversized. Product is plastic! other it is perfect!
