I have been using this panax ginseng for several weeks and have noticed that I have more energy throughout the day. I usually take it in the morning with breakfast. I had been using another brand, but this one seems to be a bit more effective in comparison. The pill shape is quite different than any of my other supplements as it looks a bit like a black bean. It took a bit of time to get adjusted to swallowing it, but I don't have any issues at this point. I like the fact that the pill seems less susceptible to breakage compared to the average style of pill where the powder is visible. So far I am quite happy with these supplements and plan to purchase them again when I run out.

I could not be happier with the quality of this extract. 1500 mg's (not 'the equivalent of, but actual 1500 mgs per serving) per 2 softgels is an excellent amount per serving, and I believe it actually has the ginsenoside content promised, because the liquid inside the softgels tastes like ginseng but very bitter, which means POTENT and medicinal. I actually feel a clear difference once I take them. No nausea whatsoever....this is a pure and fresh product....it has to be, because they sell hundreds of bottles every month. So you know it's fresh. I am glad I made the right choice buying this...it is far more potent than if I had spent the same amount of money on actual ginseng roots. I will likely purchase again if I can afford it. I could not be happier with it.

I had heard of Korean Ginseng as a stimulant and decided to try and see for myself. Since I already take a myriad of supplements I decided to take the ginseng early in the morning so I could see the effects. On the first try I did notice a small increase in energy. Then I took another one before bed which probably was not a good idea however I had a lovely night’s sleep. Fast forward. After going through nearly the whole bottle I can honestly say that I’m definitely a new fan of this It doesn’t hit you like a brick but overall helps your overall wellbeing which in turn help you focus There’s not too many supplements I can say has this effect! Oh and another added bonus is that it also has an erotic effect as well. I looked it up and it’s a thing!’
