Been using for a couple years, mixes well with morning coffee.. Has made a noticeable difference, my hair is thicker and nails are stronger and grow faster. Bone density scan has improved. Great product for the price.

Helpful for hair loss
I started noticing that my hair was shedding at a much faster rate once I hit my mid-thirties so I gave this a go to see if it would help with the fallout. I drink it it my coffee in the mornings and now that I'm in my forties, with my hormones changing, barely any hair comes out of my head when I'm showering. It's impressive for me having long hair to boot. It's odorless and flavorless, easy to melt into hot coffee, dissolves easily and the texture disappears once it's stirred into the coffee. No chalky residue! It's got a fair bit of protein in it and being that I do not usually like to eat breakfast, a scoop in my coffee usually holds me over till a later lunch. I have been using this product for five years now and I clearly love it. My nails also grow really fast while I've been taking this.

As I am getting older my hair has stopped growing as well as my nails. I decided to try collagen. This worked well, my hair and nails started growing stronger. This is the second time I have ordered this brand. I disolve it in my coffee or juice. I don't notice any taste. sometimes a bit clumpy. You have to make sure you stir it well.
