I received my PASYOU bench this morning and it took me 10 minuits to have it set up and instantly put it to use. Its a perfect home workout bench. Simple and easy to use. And even more in 1 minute its folded up and fits perfectly under my bed... very satisfied.

Great value for money, allowing you to perform a number of exercises in your own home. I bought this bench as I was on a budget and couldn't afford much more than this, so I took a chance. I'm pleasantly surprised with how well it's worked out. It's lightweight, compact and comfortable. The design allows it to be folded away into a small space which is great for a micro home gym like mine. It's stable even under heavy weight when used for a bench press, it has various angles of adjustment which can be done simply by lifting the rear of the bench up and moving the locking mechanism. It's secured into position with two pins that are easy to line up and install/remove. The thing that bothers me about the product is the foam pads that come with it. Mine appear to have began to deteriorate already and bits coming away. This isn't a major issue though, however this product will likely be a short term solution for me until my budget allows me to upgrade.

A great sturdy bench for a home gym , not commercial grade but good for 300kg so good enough for most . Big shout out to the customer service , after 3 months the bench seat got a tear in it , I asked if they could replace the seat but they sent a full new bench within a week, AA++

Wish it has more foam for comfort but aside from that quite a decent bench.

Great, does the job. Wish it came with a cover. My cat has eaten some of the foam fittings.

Very comfortable chair during workout. Very sturdy. Heads up though, it won’t be suitable for 6 foot person and up. I am 5’6 and the bench felt just right for me. Worth the buy!!

When I placed order, I had worry it may not be strong enough! I have tried it out many times. Me 70Kg and 2 dumbbells 20Kg each, a total of 110Kg when I do horizontal chest press. This bench proved to be very strong. I am sure it can take very much more weight than 110Kg. This bench saves space! Shove it to the wall and place the rubber coated hexagonal dumbbells underneath! For home use, Hexagonal rubber coated dumbbell is the best!

I'm an avid weight lifter, and weigh about 240lbs. After using this bench for about a week, it has proven to be a very solid bench especially for its price range (I got for ~200 US dollars). There's sturdier benches out there if you're lifting HEAVY weight, but I use this for moderate workouts from home and wanted a bench that could also store easily taking up little space - this is the best bench I've ever seen for that capacity... it essentially folds up into a reasonably sized rectangle that I can put in a closet. Considering that, with how sturdy it is (throwing around 70 and below dumbells, total weight of 140lbs, including my 240lbs) it was a really good buy. I can't speak to its lifetime durability after only a week, but I believe the construction is good enough it will last as long as I need it to (a couple years, at least). Its great for situps (though I prefer having a preacher setup where my legs can be elevated for crunches), and has many height settings for the back support. The only thing I would change about it if I could, was the back does not sit straight up; at the highest setting, it's still leaning back a little. I prefer a straight back bench for doing military press. But it's upright enough I can still get the muscle stretches I'm looking for from the exercise. I would definitely recommend this bench for someone wanting a solid, versatile bench at a reasonable price.
