This item fit as it should and is working flawlessly had gotten the same item but from Crown Automotive and the housing failed, it did not take too much heat to deform the housing and allow the stop to squish, giving you no acceleration

Plastic is junk
This is not a well made product. The plastic cracked in multiple places just from installation. Also, the ball end is too large and does not stay on. Do not buy this part.

Fits as advertised, I tried the ATP cable and it was not right even though the application search function on Amazon said it was. Bonus that this was available for same day delivery!!

Almost fit
Bought this for an 84 cj7 with a 73 360 v8 swap. The length was perfect. The push-in connectors at the firewall and the bracket near the carb needed minor modifications to fit into their respective holes. Took 10 minutes to engineer fixes. I'm not at all surprised to have to do this on a modified rig. I'm happy with the result.

Perfect probably made better than the original put it in a 77 CJ7 304 Edelbrock 650 fit like a glove

Where the cable naps on the ball at the carburetor its to big. Won't stay on. Tried on various carbs just to make sure and same to big. Maybe I got the Friday or Monday cable.

The product did what it was suppose to do, however I did have to make some some adjustments. Yes I would recommend this product.

almost too short for a cj7 with 258 and Chinese motocraft 2 barrel carb. But working a lot better than the work out original
