Philip Stein Women's 21GP-FW-OG Gold-Plated Watch with Gold and Cream Leather Strap

I received a Philip Stein watch today that does not look like what is shown on the Amazon site. First thing I noticed is the watch case, it is a white Philip Stein cardboard box vice the Philip Stein display case pictured in the watch description on Amazon. Secondly the watch was supposed to have a cream leather band, and the watch I received has a yellow/orange leather band. Thirdly, the watch hands are not as depicted in the advertisement. Lastly, the dial is different than depicted in the Amazon description, the 6 is missing. The tag on the watch reads 21GP-FW-OG which is correct as in the watch description, but the photos do not match the actual watch, as as much as this watch costs, there should be no discrepancies in description and what is received. Disappointed.

Followed instructions, watch is not working. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Gorgeous watch, well made, slightly pricey but love it ❤️
