Great Product and Even Better Customer Service
We are a new business and our doing our own LVP since we have a family member that used to install it for a business. Due to a miscommunication, I forgot to purchase the Underlayment in advance. I decided to purchase half of it and get it sent to my house over the weekend and the other half to be sent to the business on Monday. It allowed us to confidently start the project insuring we have some of the underlayment and finish it later in the week. Due to an issue with FedEx, they lost the second package. This seller worked with me to find a solution that worked. When we do the rest of the flooring, we will be buying all of our materials from here again!! This is also high quality underlayment that surpassed our expectation. It was easy to use and is thicker/more padding than most of the other underlayment we were looking at. Our business color is green. I know no one will ever see it, but it makes me smile to know even our flooring has a green layer!!

Easy to work with.
I could cut almost cut this underlayment with my fingernail. It cut easily with a scissors or box cutter. It did rip in a few places if I knelt on it and twisted around putting the floor down on it. It unwrapped well. My only complaint was that it gather hair from the air like static electricity. But, you are covering it with the flooring so not an issue long turn. I just vacuumed a lot. A lot. We needed the underlayment to be really thin and this was thin.It also didn't smell weird.

Used for vinyl floor planks
The product was great as expected it is thin so you have to be careful when you use it. I used it for the Underpayment on my floating vinyl planks and they worked perfectly. The only minor issue I had was cleaning up the edges in some places but not a big deal. Overall good product.

Excellent product and was price
Laid it under vinyl plank in the kitchen. Cost a third of what was offered at the big box store. Easy to cut and lay. Good value and quick shipping.
