Works great 👍 Clear well the grandkids thinks it's cool. Nice ice breaker if you're like me cold drinks. Makes ice pretty quick.

I got this water cooler delivered on on June 26th and on August 30th it stopped making ice and cold water. The light up indicator on the front shows it has ice mode on, and the cooling mode one, but after 5 minutes both go off. Also the last light on the front says "Warn" but the sticker next to it refers to it as the "Warm" alert light, which is it? Avoid this product, it is trash.

We have had the cooler for several months now. We love it. Its a extremely reliable cooler. We haven't used the hot water yet, but the ice and cold water and perfect.

Pros: We love the ice maker and the convenience of having cold water. Con: It leaks all over our carpet and we can’t figure out where it’s coming from. The leak only happens when we turn on the chilled water. The ice well is dry. The faucets aren’t leaking and there’s no residual water in the drip tray.

It's kind'a loud. Ice maker makes a loud Humming sound; other than that, it is working. Would really be great if there's a bin for the ice that you can take out in one load.

While the product itself is okay the seller is horrible! Item came 17 past the expected delivery date and he did not respond to either of the emails I sent. I am half way through the second 5 gallon bottle of water and it still has a funny plastic taste to it.

The ice maker is very noisy compressor seams to constantly run ice stil melts. I have leveled it like instruction say and still compressor runs very load. Very disappointed in this purchase
