Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 16.9 Fl Oz

This is some of the best olive oils I have tried. Great strong olive smell. nice peppery taste. Great on salads and anywhere you need want to use raw or lightly cooked oil like finishing a Sause. I have not made Gremolata with it yet but should be very nice. For what it's worth when family come to visit from Sicily and ask what to bring it is always olive oil. This beats more than half of them. The only ones I like better is the first cold pressed unfiltered EVOO. My only grip is that the larger bottle seems to be discontinued. I really hope that is not the case.

Extra virgin oil is not strongly flavored and can be used easily in cooking. I prefer stronger flavor for salads, etc so I use this all the time for cooking. Certainly a good price for 16.9 fl oz bottle....which is heavy plastic in a dark green to protect the oil from light.

I put some of this in with the bread dough that I made last weekend for a pizza and it had the right oil content, good quality, good cooking ability and had a good smell to it
