This juicer has really impressed our household. It is strong, sturdy, and runs surprisingly quiet. It has a really nice weight to it on the countertop and doesn't slide. Pulp came out pretty dry so the machine is very effective, I love that you can feed fairly large pieces through. The juicer is packaged and designed well; it came with a mini cheat sheet to assemble/disassemble parts and a small double ended brush to get into the fine strainer. There is a little gate you can close and open at the bottom of the juice bowl that helps prevents drips if you are switching between juice containers which is super thoughtful. We were surprised and delighted that it came with a sorbet strainer. All parts were easy to clean and remove. I love how clean and contemporary it looks, it's a very sleek machine and was fairly priced. We're new to juicing and we've been really excited, but especially now after using it a few times now. ***PRO TIP FOR BEGINNERS: Don't apply force to push produce, let produce glide through the machine. Also try to alternate between soft and hard foods so the pulp can push through. We figured these out after a little bit of user error.

The only thing that I would give a -2 is when you’re using the pulp free strainer it clogs quite easy so you have to undo it and rinse it out. Otherwise you get a ton of juice with this it doesn’t waste any and I love it so far and it’s very small so it fits exactly where I need it on my Counter

Even though this was my first time using a juicer, it was super easy to set up and use!! The juices I made tasted amazing, so fresh and so much healthier than store-bought alternatives with additives in them. The instructions are clear and there’s even some recipes in case you need inspiration. I live with people who work at home, so I can’t be too loud and this juicer is way quieter than expected!! Also, cleaning machines like this has always been my excuse to not make things for myself in the kitchen, but this juicer is actually so easy to clean. Highly highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a good juicer / want to start a cleaner diet. :)

Clean up is easy but sweet baby Jesus the filter gets filled up so quick it takes a few hours to just juice a gallon.... I've been using it for a few months because I paid so much for it but I'm at the point where to hell with it!!!

I have tried the juicer out yesterday. I create ginger/beet refreshing juices and needed a machine that can handle the ginger and beets. I tried the ginger and I was so surprised to see how much more juice I've gotten out of the TEC!! The pulp was very very very dried out and I like that as well. As you see in the pic, the pulp looks dried out! I was so impressed that I went and bought veggies to make me a juice. I was satisfied, I just see that the rubber piece that goes around the front spout is not snug and it leaks out slowly even w/the trap closed. Other than that, I think I am going to love this juicer as my husband told me (start saving to get another one to have on hand). I love it!!!! I feel like I am in business now with a more professional juicer and it saves more of the nutrients as I've been making juices for some time now, and I know that my customers are going to be pleased with this (a more refreshing drink). Thank you so much!!!! UPDATE: I've gotten a chance to use all parts and as you can see, the added item is to make sorbet. That is actually frozen fruit in my cup topped with vanilla ice cream! Customer service is great, you even get fresh fruit on them when you purchase their product!!!

This is not worth the money ... you have to stop and clean it several times In order to continue juicing. Thank God is very easy to pull apart and clean.

Great juicer. Less pulp than the previous juicer I had. Customer service is truly great as my other juicer bowl broke. I love that it's not too loud and juices pretty fast. Thank you for everything!!! And its easy to clean with the brush they included. The only thing I wished was that it's smaller, overall great celery juicer!

At first, I really loved this product. It was easy to clean easy and to use. And from the beginning, I had to strain the juice again to get all the fiber out. After a while, even though I cleaned the end unit thoroughly with the brush they provide, the pulp stopped going through well to the end and it backed up every time. The seller did not respond to my requests for replacement parts, however the manufacturer immediately sent me replacement parts once I notified them directly. It is back to working correctly. Time will tell. I found out that occasionally it is good to soak and scrub the juice cup to make sure you get all of the fibers out (the black and silver cup on the end of the unit). I will update this review if things change. I can live with straining the juice at the end. I also found out the reverse only works if you push and hold it in.
