The dosing says to take 1 tablet every 2 hours As long as symptoms persist. my family's been using these for about 15 years for everything from allergies to symptoms to colds or sinus infections, and it does seem to reduce the duration of the event to maybe half or less time than that. We keep in our car or in our backpack or purse to take at first symptoms.And it seems usually within an hour, or two symptoms are completely gone. It doesn't have a sour taste. It's fairly sweet with a little bit of tartness and even small children. Appear to take this medication without much issue. I recommend this product. I use Sambucol a lot, so it was very convenient to order through here. It's so easy to use - just put it under your tongue and let it dissolve. It tastes good. And I think its very effective - hen I start feeling cold symptoms coming on, I start taking these and it usually helps lessen or eliminate my symptoms.

Good tasting, dissolves quickly and seems to help minimize my cold. I will buy again if needed.

I usually keep a sleeve of these in my purse, and bedside because you never know when you’re going to need it! It’s super easy to pop the tablets out of the foil topped packet.
