Does the job
This is a set that works remarkably well. I have a hard time skiving but this set has helped with that. I especially like the wide size. I recently had to skive a 5"x6" 5oz piece of leather to make it a 3oz. I was able to do it easily and evenly with this set. The widest head did have an uneven edge but was sharpened with it being flawed and it worked regardless of the defect.
