This application presents considerable difficulty for children to use effectively. The app is of poor quality and plagued by numerous bugs. The installation process is excessively time-consuming, and subsequent configurations are overly complex. As this is a product intended for children, it is unnecessarily complicated to operate.

Sometimes, Even after placing the letters at the trunk, camera is not able to see the alphabet tiles placed in trunk, the word is not verified or identified by the app. Sometimes Its stuck for ever. Sometimes an alphabet gap displayed in app which is not in actual tile. The app requires a lot of storage as well (1.4GB for a single suit).
