Make sure that there is only one rubber gasket between the connections of propane tank and regulator connector. If you see rubber gasket in both of them remove one of them and it should work that is how i fixed mine

Can you recommend for regulater with hose about right size for this cooktop? Because this hose is too cheaper .

Overall this is a good cooktop. But I have some trouble with regulator and the hose so I bought a better regulator and hose for this cooktop from " Lowes "

Don't know the weight, but it's a sturdy stove. I would have a better guestimate if you would have given the weight amount you need it for.
