Great option for venting a Tuff Shed
I have a 12'x10' dark brown Tuff Shed that can get pretty hot in the summer months. This exhaust fan can lower the ambient temperature by 10-15 degrees. It's well made, quiet and easy to install. I had no problems in the 7 month since I installed it.

Very good quality fan
I bought this as an exhaust fan for our greenhouse . The fan itself is very well designed and solidly built. The control unit is very nice and very easy to program. Good cabling and a great supply of mounting hardware including various nuts. bolts screws; even cable ties with adhesive fasteners. The fan installs easily and is very quiet. I have it on the high temperature cut in setting and it works flawlessly. The temperature probe is very sensitive. Set at 21C it kicks in immediately when the temperature hits 21 and exhausts air quickly enough that the greenhouse temperature drops almost instantly and the fan cuts out again. A quality built product. Would recommend to anyone.

Used 12 and 10 inch for Chicken Coop projects, works amazingly! Simple install, setup.
Very simple yet innovative system for automating the flow of air for temperature and humidity control, remote sensing and monitoring in a durably constructed solution. Takes a lot of effort out of having to manually inspect conditions and absolutely confidant these will last for many many years. Firmware updates are simple, not nail-biters and no worries about any aspects of the units failing. Spoiled chickens for sure.

Flaps dont fully seal out bugs
Specs not mentioned in the description: - The box with the flaps is just under 13.5" (they only provide the size of the circular grill and overall, but if you mount from the inside of the wall you need to know this cut-out size). - Power draw at speed 10 is about 44W, and the power does reduce (sort of linearly) as the speed reduces. - Power draw at speed 0 is 2W (Or about 17.5kWh to leave it plugged in and off all year). - So if you are in a $0.40/kWh electricity area, thats $7/yr to have it installed but powered off. - My old 14" fan was 65dB at 5ft (loud enough to replace it), this 12" is 55dB on speed 10 (loud enough to sound like a loud fan), and very quiet on speed 1 (can't measure dB because background noise was higher). (All this measured with a random phone app). Cons: - Flaps do not fully seal when closed. There is a 5mm gap on the edges. This means bugs and drafts can enter when the device is off. This is a clear design flaw that should be improved. Pros: - Easy enough to set up and get the app and remote working - Its possible to click buttons to manually set the speed 1-10, you dont 'have' to use the automatic stuff - Seems sturdy enough

Exhaust Vent for the garage - This is a good product. Works like a charm
The AC Infinity AIRLIFT T12, Shutter Exhaust Fan 12-inch with Temperature Humidity Controller works well. I started having mold issues in my work shop. It is 15 feet wide by 30 feet long. I needed something that would keep the humidity down to prevent the mold growth. I installed this fan. Due to the louvers being attached to the fan, it needs to be installed on the outside of the house. That means cutting the opening and then framing out in between the the space between the walls and studs. This was not an issue because I did the research and knew this before buying this unit. I set the humidity at 60% and the it comes on and is very quiet. It looks good and work great. I would recommend this to anyone. I have 2 attic Air one in the attic (House is 30 feet wide and 60 feet long) . You have to buy the Fan and the louver separately.

Easy, straight forward installation
I chose to do an external attic installation due to a structural interior obstacle and removing the old metal louvered vent had to be done from the outside anyway. After carefully removing the shingle siding I only had to enlarge the opening about an inch at the center of each side to accommodate the fan cage. The original cutout was a 12" x 12" square. I added electrical outlets to the attic with a main floor power switch for winter shutoff. The four supplied lag screws made installation simple. Re- shingled and caulked and plugged it in. Set the t-stat controls and it worked perfectly. The black looks great on the outside of the house. Two improvements could be made: The t-stat is not designed to be flush mounted or to fit inside a standard 1 or 2 gang light box. The wires can't be hidden because they come out the bottom and the brackets aren't adaptable to anything other than surface mounting. It's a great looking t-stat and it's too bad it needs to be hidden away in a closet.; An extension should be available for those who would like the t-stat to be mounted over 15' away from the fan. You can do it yourself if you want to bother buying Molex connectors, a crimping tool and 4 conductor braided wire.

Easy to install and use via app
Installed in my detached garage to help with humidity and stale air in the summer. Have had it installed one day and it's already doing the trick. The air smells much fresher and it's only been running on level 2/3. Level 7-10 does get a little loud, but moves a ton of air if you need it too. Comes with everything you could need to install except a cutting tool and the caulk obviously. Figuring out how to cut the whole was the hardest part of installing. Was about a two beer job getting it installed from start to finish. The fan itself is very easy to use and seems to just run on level 5 if you don't connect anything else. The app does take a little getting used to. Can be controlled via Bluetooth or WiFi and it remembers your settings when power is disconnected which is nice. Found it much easier to control via the app than with the controller unit. It's a little too easy to click on the wrong setting/button for me. Thought it is a nice display to get the status quickly without pulling out your phone. I am using WiFi to control mine and it is very quick to respond to settings changes made in the app. Which will be good for making adjustments without having to be in the garage. Overall very happy with my purchase. My only wish for it is to easily integrate it with my Home Assistant over WiFi. Maybe in the future the manufacturer could officially support this.

We had an attic that was heating up quite a bit. Decided to try one of these exhaust fans to see if it would do anything. Installation was easy. Cut the hole - put it in - plug it in. It has both a wired remote (so you put the fan in a wall in your attic, and put the controller closer to the attic access so you can change settings manually without having to go fully into the attic) and a Phone App (Android and Apple) - so controlling it is a breeze. I have mine set so that if the attic gets above a certain temp it comes on and blows the hot air out. I was debating about how much of a difference this would actually make - but it really does. It lowers the temperature 4 or 5 degrees with 20 minutes. Very impressive. I am able to check the temp in the attic at any time - and turn it on/off via my phone if I want (as well as the automatic on/off settings by temperature). Highly recommend this device!

As soon as we opened the package we could tell that it was good quality! It's not completely installed yet but my husband tested it out and it is so quiet! This will be a positive impact in our new greenhouse!

Very impressive product - extremely well packaged and engineered. Pricey - but you get your money's worth in the quality and attention to detail.

It is a very nicely built unit. Very quiet & moves a lot of air. HOWEVER. Frame is steel. Shutters are not. Installed in a winter greenhouse, the louvers DO NOT seal. Visable daylight gaps & back drafts horribly with barely a breeze outside. This issue still has not been addressed in 2 plus years. Poor quality control in the louver department. Foam tape is installed to back seal the louvers, but does nothing due to Poor placement. Temperature transition settings are lacking as well and have been for some time. In a greenhouse scenario. Fan turns on at set temp & increases by 1 speed per degree. That's a 10*C diffence between off (20*C) & max airflow(30*C). That 10* can be deadly to seedlings. A min/max temp or fractional temp transition would be far more ideal. Fan on @ 20*c and max fan @ 24*c. If you need a quiet, efficient fan & don't care about maintaining heat or cold, this is a great option with decent automation. If you need your space to maintain temperature, plan on spending a few hours replacing foam tape seals on your louvers.
