Very nice paring knife
This knife is very sharp and is excellent! As a paring knife. It is heavy so the material is not cheap junk. It is a high quality knife for the money. Fits very nice in your hand as the handle is nice and smooth and it all seems to be one piece, no rough edges. Very nice to use and would highly recommend. I am very picky about my knives so spend a little extra to get a decent paring knife.

perfectly engineered!
While I would not agree with "elegant gift box" it is what's inside the box that counts. This knife looks to me like a 2024 version of what I remember my granma's paring knife was like. Perfectly balanced handle for one thing. THe tang goes the entire length of the handle and is firmly (and beautifully) riveted in place. Oh, yes, this blade is sharp! I am more than satisfied with this knife and recommend it.
