How do you use this product? Directions are not in English. I have tried rubbing on a few times and it doesn't get hot at all.

I used about one penny size cream to rub my kneels and got red then burned later (no blister though, but really hot and painful), that I had to raise immediately

Will this help my hand tendonitis pain?

It temporarily helps ease the pain of sore muscles for me. Not sure if it applies to tendinitis.
