✨️Amazing Cooking✨️
🎶Her name is RIO🎶 I just Love it! I bought this same brand in a 14" skillet months ago. No stick, cooks evenly & washes-up like a dream. I loved it so much I bit the bullet & bought the whole set, replacing my hodge-podge that I've had for years. Wow! I feel fancy. Yes, they are beautiful, but these pans really cook! City Chicken, French Toast, Hamburgers, Italian Pinwheels, Cheesey Spaghetti...you name it. It turns out great & clean-up is easy-peasy. Surprise Bonus: I didn't know these were oven-safe too! Only to 350°...but that is great!

New cookware
The non stick surface is great and extremely easy to clean. You do have to be careful not to use metal on inside surfaces as warned. Only draw back, and for me it's not particularly important, the outside surface gets scratched and marred easily.

UPDATED: Dumped our old traditional non-stick pots and pans for this. Love these new ones!
Buying this set was more of a conscious decision to avoid cooking with pots and pans that were made with dangerous chemicals that pose a long-term health risk. I shopped around for what was the best bang for my buck and found these to best match that. From the get-go, the set was well packaged and they all had a sticker with best practice and cooking recommendations for how to best take care of this set for long-term use. I’ve been cooking with these for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for over a week now and have put them through their paces and I’m blown away at not only how much better the food cooks, but also at how easy it is to clean them. The surface allows for the cooking residue to be cleaned off very easily. Cooking-wise, after consistent uses, food has not stuck onto the surface and I haven’t pushed them past the recommended medium heat levels, but they’re still cooking just fine. I’ll update as I continue to use them, but I’m so happy with this investment! UPDATE 1: I’m a month in and have been using these daily. We’ve been keeping them at either medium heat or lower, never at higher temps. We use a small slab of butter to cook with and have used olive oil for some dishes. We use the soft side to a double sided Scrub Daddy to clean the whole pan with and zero issues whatsoever. No cracking or discoloration. Food cooks perfectly. UPDATE 2: We’re about 8 months into owning this set and still so far so good. The melamine sponge that it came with wore down long ago so we’ve used value brand ones to keep the exterior of the pans grease-free and still looking new. We’ve run into a few scrapes and scratches into the ceramic now - mostly due to complacency. Some recipes call for higher heat, so we’ve had to adjust with it. One thing is for sure - you need to be on top of cleaning these pots and pans to make them last. UPDATE 3: We’re a full year in and we’ve begun to see some significant wear and tear on the pans we use more often. We’ve become more lax with the heat, but still try to avoid pushing temps past medium. We have never stuck them in for the dishwasher, all hand washed. It still cooks great, looks great, and the melamine sponges are a must to keep the grease stains off both sides of the pots and pans. I would still greatly recommend these!

3 month review
I’ve had this set for three months now and have followed the care instructions. After 3 months I’ve noticed that there are stains on the frying pans. I’ve only used medium heat, don’t use sprays, and wash with a non-abrasive sponges. I’ve used the white sponge that comes with the set to take off the residue but it comes right back. It’s a beautiful set and I was happy to find something that was non-toxic however I now question the durability.

Great non-stick...buy the black set.
I was in need of a new pot and stopped at target one day and picked up the 2 quart sauce pan about 2 years ago. I was really pleased with it. After 2 years, it has a couple marks on the inside from constant use. I always handwash my pots and use silicone utensils. They clean up really easily with just a sponge. I have never had anything stick to them at all. I have researched so many sets of cookware over the last year because I really wanted a new set. I got a stainless steal,, copper bottomed set,, but they aren't built like they used to be and you have to be so vigilant so that nothing sticks. There are so many negative reviews on every single set. I was willing to spend a thousand dollars or more if I could find a life time set, but even the expensive brands had reviews that said they didn't last. I really like nonstick...I know it doesn't last forever. There are complaints about the colored sets of these so I probably wouldn't buy a colored set but the black pot I bought 2 years ago looks almost brand new on the outside. The pot is black on the entire outside surface and so it never stains or fades!!! I have a pot rack so they look fantastic. I know it will probably only last 5 years or so due to the nonstick, but for a little over $100 I think it is a good deal. It comes with a 2 quart small saute pan, which I never had in my collection before and I use it so much for side dishes and veggies. It is a perfect size. The set comes with e frying pans and I didn't read the sizes very well...the smallest one is very tiny to cook like one egg in it. I haven't used it yet. The 1 quart pot curves in towards the bottom so the cooking surface is small so really holds nothing more than a can of soup or a sauce. I prefer a squared off bottom but i will use the larger pans more anyway and they sell the 2 quart separate so i can buy another if I need to. I like having a large pan as well so I bought a 5 quart saute pan from the same collection, for $44, separately and use it for large main dishes or bacon. They conduct heat well. I have an electric stove. and never turn it up over medium high, usually I cook on a medium heat, even to boil. The pics are of the new set and the 2 year old pot inside and out. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. I would prefer the 1 quart to have squared bottom and to receive frying pans that are 8 inch, 10, and 12...rather than 5, 8, and 10. Otherwise it's perfect.

Not what I had hoped
At first, this cookware was everything it was advertised to be. We did not put any of the cookware in the dishwasher, as it was recommended. We also did not use cooking spray, as it was recommended. Clean up was very easy and very little stuck to the pan. However, after a couple of months of use I noticed chips out of some of the pans. I also noticed that there were stains on the pan service where food had stuck briefly. While the cookware still cleans pretty easily with the little soaking, some detergent, and a light rub, there are foods that do stick to the pans while cooking. They're no better than any other non-stick cookware that we have tried. Eventually they were out no matter how well you take care of them. We'll keep them and use them for a while and then replace them just like we have done with every other non-stick cookware we've purchased. Can't give this item more than a three star rating.

Health Begins at the Stove: My Honest Take on Green Pan Cookware
Health is one of our most valuable assets. I believe that I should always do what I do in the best and cleanest way possible. I have also come to believe that I should use the best equipment for my cooking. Healthy cooking is not limited to food, cooking tools are also an important part of it. The most important thing for me is a really, really good cookware set that has all the standard global items, so after a lot of research, I found that Green Pan cookware has all the items I want. Even heat distribution also leads to uniform cooking and a pleasant color of food, and it allows you to work with low to medium heat easily. In addition to all this, it has a wonderful non-stick feature that makes washing dishes easy. This is not an advertisement, it is a belief that I have come to. If you value the health of yourself and your loved ones, this is the best choice for you. The different sizes of this package make it stand out. And I am really happy with this choice.

Chips too easily
Great product other than it chips far too easily. I kept them separate. Have soft pan separators. Washed individually. Still chip and scratch with barely any use.
