Does the hard hat have a liner?

It has a plastic sizable piece on the inside. So you can fit it to the childs head. Keeps it from siding down over the eyes. But no not really a liner, so to speak.

What are the eight pieces? I read the description, but it only lists interchangeable screwdriver ,wrench, pliers, hammer,and tool belt,storage pocket.

I gave this as a gift so I don't have it for reference but I think the screwdriver has both Philips and flat and the Mickey head is a belt buckle adding up to eight pieces.

What are the 8 pieces? I just received this and only count 7. The box even mentions 8 pieces but then only lists 7

That’s what I received for my great grandson I thought the belt counted not sure

Is Toodles removeable from the belt?

No, it is securely attached on the belt. Although, you could cut the belt around it to remove it, if you just want toodles.
