Granular, not long-leaf
The flavor is nice, but I was disappointed that the tea is in a granular form, rather than the longer "leaf" form as shown in the picture. It's not a deal breaker, but I had wanted to try proper English tea (ok, I don't know what is "proper" here).

Too strong for me
I didn't realize that this was "extra strong" - 5 tea leaves. So, that's on me. But I did try it, and it just doesn't have the Twinings English Breakfast Tea taste. (Probably because it's extra strong). It's not for me. I thought I was purchasing 500g of Twinings English Breakfast Tea as I usually purchase in a smaller size.
