The Labeling details they blurred so you can't see

If you zoom into label and clear it up it lists: Causticum Hahnemani "Other names and synonyms caustic soda according to Hahnemann homeopathy, caust." Caustic Soda = Lye Don't consume. This is literally Lye and alcohol.
