First...this is not a detox panacea...this will not make you clean on its own...What is DOES do is help to add vitamins and other nutrients to your pee so that you are not diluted. Here is how to actually use the product: 1) The creatine in this is useless. Creatine takes 24 hours to metabolize, which is far outside the time frame that this product works for. Buy a creatine supplement and take 20g a day for 3-4 days before the day you need to be clean...5 days if you have the time. 2) The day you need to be clean, drink lots and lots of water within reason BEFORE taking the pills. When you've pee'ed crystal clear water at least 3 times, take the pills. 3) Continue urinating until your pee is yellow again, signifying that the pills have cleared your system. 4) Not needed but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED is that after you have yellow pee again, use an at-home test kit to verify you are clean. 5) Congratulations! you are now clean of toxins for the next few hours...now go immediately do what you need to do. Note: if you have a lot of toxins built up...this might not work as well...so plan accordingly in case you test your pee and you're still dirty after following these steps. Happy detoxing!

Although it can not be guaranteed to help you the way it has helped my husband, if taken the way the instructions say, it can not hurt. If you’re using this for an actual test in a lab I wouldn’t recommend it. The only thing I could recommend is to refrain from drug use, even marijuana, and to stay sober until your test date. Taking this was cause an invalid test result and will dilute the urine. You may even receive a phone call from a medical officer. There is truly no product that will work besides abstinence.

These work for me whenever I need a good detox, however if you have POTS or EDS be warned it caused me to go into Tachycardia.
