Buf-Puf 3M Body Sponge, 24 Count

I'm a bit fan of anything really scrubby when I'm showering and can't stand so-called scrubs that only have a few scrubby 'beads' in and therefore are not very good at getting rid of rough or dry skin. I did find a really good skin sugar scrub but the formula was changed and wasn't as effective in my opinion. That's why I was really pleased to find this. It's really hard-wearing and very rough (too rough if you have delicate skin though). There's a top, blue section that is super rough and this is perfect for the really rough or dry areas (and will probably give cellulite a good talking to) of your skin. The white part is less 'hardcore' but still quite rough for the rest of your body so you would need to be careful there. But for dry shins, feet and the bottom/thigh areas this is great and perfect for anyone who loves a decent scrub. Being Buf-Puf it is also good quality and looks like it'll last well.

Excellent and lasts a long time. The right amount of scratchiness.

I use this once a week all over, and I have the face one. Have noticed a huge improvement in the smoothness of my skin especially tops of arms thighs. Well worth it.
